In the spring of 2021, we started our relationship with Stamford Health. Our assignment was to rebrand the Healthcare system via a fully integrated, breakthrough 360 campaign that aligned with the brand’s new repositioning in a fiercely competitive market.
After an intensive testing period, we determined that patients were in search of providers that delivered world-class expertise combined with compassionate care. Stamford Health offers both. As a result, we rolled out a new campaign with rational, emotional and sensory appeal that laddered up to the brand’s dual positioning of “expert care with a human touch”. We also commissioned an artist to provide unique and ownable illustrations that broke through in a very crowded market. Since the launch of the campaign, Stamford Health’s brand awareness and the number of appointments across a number of key service lines have increased.
