Are you a hungry, passionate, take-no-prisoners kind of marketer with a love for eCommerce? Welcome. We are looking for a VP, eCommerce sales and strategy. Our ideal fit is someone who has a background in operations or sales related to eCommerce channels. This talented person will be responsible for growing our eCommerce client-base and setting a vision for our capability for the future. 


  • Drive agency growth – new clients and existing
  • Develop eCommerce ecosystem strategies for clients
  • Develop and maintain top-to-top agency-client relationships
  • Have intimate knowledge of operations and insights for the top eCommerce channels: Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Grocery, Lowe’s and Home Depot
  • Provide eCommerce thought-leadership to our clients
  • Stay on top of eCommerce trends
  • Speak at conferences, podcasts, and press opportunities
  • Help develop systems, processes, and tools to make our offering best-in-class and more efficient
  • Strong understanding of the importance of digital shelf organization and selection, content and keywords to conversion
  • Understanding of analytics and proving out ROI


  • 4+ years of eCommerce experience and 5+ years digital marketing
  • Proven sales track-record a must
  • Experience with Google Analytics, eCommerce platforms, retailer portals and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
  • Willingness to work as a part of small, nimble, fast-paced team, openness to collaboration and will get your hands dirty
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience employed at one of the big eCommerce companies like Amazon a plus
