We’re searching out a copywriting content lead to work directly with a client or two and an ultra-collaborative team of strategists, account managers, CX experts, art directors and motion graphics to deliver world-class website experiences for world-class brands. The candidate MUST demonstrate a true ability to write long-form content and organizational skills for websites and knowledge of social best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Participate and possibly lead a content strategy exercise with an output of an overarching ownable vision, content pillars and insight into how certain channels should be used and content types best distributed in each channel
- Work with CX/UX team to do a content gap analysis for website development, write UI wayfinding website copy and write missing website content identified in the gap analysis – previous experience in this exercise is critical
- Participate in the development and execution of 360-degree digital campaigns including paid digital display and social, website development, organic social, eCRM, SMS and more
- Work with an Art Director to ideate campaign ideas and understand how they will and should be executed
- Evaluating briefs and writing strategically sound content that connects with the consumers emotional and functional needs are critical to this role
- Clear communication with teammates about status of project delivery, and what is needed to complete tasks
- Can operate with ease and calm under a variety of deadline structures; we have some fire drills and sometimes we have an abundance of time
- Present and sell work in a clear and compelling way to clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- 8-12 yrs experience spanning creative direction, editorial, copywriting, digital, branded content
- A writing background is a MUST for this role, the job is hands on writing
- Deep knowledge and interest in digital media, social media, content & technology
- Awards, lots of great awards, but not the overbearing ego that sometimes goes with them
- You are curious, thoughtful and OK if all the answers are not spelled out
- You’ve worked at large agencies and small ones and freelanced before, so you know how to work in great structure and how to be flexible
- You’ve stayed current on the latest technologies and trends in the industry and you know how to apply them
- Proven track record of effectively and efficiently managing your own workload
- Incredibly strong work ethic, we don’t let each other down
- Excellent public speaking and pitching skills
- Proficiency in Word, Google docs, bonus for Figma – you know how to create and manage a copy deck / manuscript
- Passion, positivity, curiosity, self-motivation, perseverance
- The ability to thrive in an incredibly fast-paced, entrepreneurial and creatively demanding environment and will have to balance many projects at once with tight deadlines and schedules. So, your problem-solving skills are on-point
