From advertising campaigns to websites to social media, we care deeply about our client’s business and helping them succeed. Our full-service agency team develops breakthrough campaigns that make great results happen.

We’re searching out an account manager who shares a passion for client engagement and jumps right in with both feet to manage the process of getting great work done on-time and on-budget all while making sure the clients’ needs are met. You’ll work very closely with a cross-functional team of CX leaders, creatives, technologists and strategists to deliver world-class experiences for world-class brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and maintain strong client relationships
  • Successfully manage client expectations
  • Assist with project scoping, briefing and scheduling
  • Facilitate project and campaign kick-offs with CX/UX, strategy and creative teams
  • Keep a multi-disciplined team of creatives, ux, technologists and strategists on-track to execute websites, social media content, paid digital and social advertising, video content, emails
  • Assist in execution and production of digital and social campaigns
  • Become an expert on the client’s business
  • Make sure all project deadlines are met and client expectations exceeded
  • Report on project status and initiatives to internal and external teams through online presentations, screensharing and in person meetings
  • Update HIVE project boards to keep track of projects status and deliverables
  • Manage internal and external client standup meetings

Requirements:

  • 3+ years as an account or client services manager in an agency setting
  • Proactive, positive communicator
  • Strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation and organizational skills
  • Obsessed with details
  • Can properly manage their own time and priorities
  • A team player who works hard for the success of the group
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Know Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Sheets like a pro
  • Eager to learn all they can about their clients’ business
  • Experience using project management software to keep projects on track
